Rivers are drying up

by Gahlord Dewald

Sound and the World exclusive

about

Recorded as part of the We Do Language Symposium organized by Montpelier poet Toussaint St. Negritude. It consists of free improvisation by St. Negritude on bass clarinet, myself on double bass, Aidan on guitar, and Kenyan-born vocalist Kerubo.

My subscribers make working on projects like this possible, things where there aren't enough funds to go around but the work is important and worthwhile. You give me the privilege to help my creative friends with fewer worries and I can't thank you enough for that.

I hope you enjoy this music as much as I do. I also hope I get to play with Kerubo again soon, whoah that voice!

Thanks,
Gahlord Dewald
